Terms of Service

By joining blackleafmc.fun or using this website you agree to follow the server rules and these terms.
Your account is yours alone. Sharing accounts, or buying and selling them, is not permitted.
All purchases are for optional cosmetic perks. They grant no ownership of the server and no right to gameplay advantages.
We may change, rebalance or retire a cosmetic perk at any time. Where a perk is retired, an equivalent replacement is provided.
Punishments (mutes, bans) do not entitle you to a refund of past purchases.
We may suspend or terminate access for rule breaking, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse of staff.
BlackleafMC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

We store the email address you register with, your forum username, and an optional linked Minecraft username.
Forum posts, likes and profile fields you write are public by design.
Store orders record your Minecraft username and email so we can deliver and support the purchase.
We log sign-ins and staff actions for security and moderation. These logs are visible only to staff.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Skin head images are loaded from a third-party skin renderer using your linked Minecraft username only.
You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@blackleafmc.fun.

Digital cosmetic perks are delivered immediately, so purchases are generally final.
If a perk was not delivered or does not work, contact us and we will fix delivery or refund it in full.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are not given for perks removed as part of a punishment for rule breaking.
Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us results in a permanent network ban.
